Mentha Capital, an independent investment firm focused on smaller midsize companies in the Benelux, has acquired a majority stake in Customs Support International B.V. (‘CSI’) as part of a management buyout transaction. CSI is a leading specialist and independent platform in customs services in The Netherlands. The company services logistics firms, expeditors, manufactures and trade firms in customs declarations, consultancy and (temporary) staffing. Mentha Capital will support management in the ongoing development and continuing growth of the business.

CSI has its headquarters in Rotterdam, with other branches in Schiphol, Coevorden, Hazeldonk, Antwerp (BE) and Hamburg (DE). With around 65 FTE, CSI provides high quality customs services to (international) clients importing, exporting and/or transiting goods in and through the European Union. CSI is one of the market leaders by size, quality and service. CSI’s management team has long-standing experience in the industry and welcomes the partnership with Mentha Capital to take CSI to the next level of business expansion.
