Alkmaar / Breda, February 9, 2015 – Vila Etiketten and Etiket Nederland are joined to form a top 3 player in the market for self-adhesive labels with a volume of € 25 million in revenue and 120 employees.

By merging Etiket Nederland and Vila Etiketten a unique combination of expertise in flexographic printing and digital printing of self-adhesive labels is created. Vila Etiketten is one of the largest specialist producers in the Netherlands in the field of digital printing of self-adhesive labels with a focus on the printing industry and small and medium size runs industry wide. Etiket Nederland is a leading player in the printing of self-adhesive labels for clients in food, logistics and retail.

The combination fits into the strategy of scaling and product expansion that was initiated last year by Etiket Nederland. The takeover of Etipro by Etiket Nederland in 2014 was an earlier step in the plan of consolidation.
