New organization provides mid market with one-stop-shop for SAP solutions

Boxtel/ Utrecht, November 9th 2020 – SAP-partners Serac and Xperi are announcing a merger. The fusion of the companies from Utrecht and Boxtel will create a one-stop-shop for medium-sized organizations that want to work smarter and more efficiently by using SAP solutions. In order to realize their international growth ambitions Serac and Xperi also announce that investment company Mentha will take an interest in the new organization.

The merger between the two Gold partners of SAP means that years of experience in various industries and highly specialized knowledge will come together in one organization. Customers of Serac and Xperi and other mid-market companies will have access to the complete portfolio of SAP solutions and can benefit from in-depth expertise.

“We have realized strong growth in the last few years and see more opportunities to further expand our activities,” says Peter Geelen, managing director of Xperi. “To achieve this, we’ve considered various options. New propositions for business value

Kerremans and Geelen will focus, among other things, on the development of new propositions around SAP BusinessOne, ByDesign and SAP S/4HANA. The purpose of this is to help organizations innovate even faster and to achieve results that deliver business value.
