Mentha Capital has acquired a stake in Kader, bureau voor kwaliteitszorg, a leading Dutch consultancy company in quality management, occupational health and safety, environment and CSR, and information security. In partnership with Mentha, Kader aims to further expand its service offering, and strengthen its value proposition and services to its clients.
Kader was founded in 1994 and has grown into one of the leading consultancy companies in the area of quality management in the Netherlands. With more than 120 employees and 6 offices across the country, Kader offers advice and support to a broad customer base.
Mentha Capital invests in well-established, medium-sized profitable companies in the Benelux that have clear potential for expansion through organic growth, expansion into new markets and acquisitions. The current owners, the gentlemen N. van Dijk and R. KleinJan, will remain shareholders of Kader and will be closely involved in the further expansion of the company.
