Destiny, de Belgische aanbieder van cloudcommunicatieoplossingen voor innovatieve ondernemingen, heeft het Nederlandse Motto Communications met het clouddistributieplatform FLUX overgenomen. De overname past bij de ambities van Destiny om op korte termijn te groeien naar een omzet van vijftig miljoen euro en om aanwezig te zijn in meerdere Europese landen. Door de overname ontstaat het meest geavanceerde clouddistributieplatform in de Benelux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destiny is in Belgi\u00eb al jaren de toonaangevende aanbieder van cloudcommunicatieoplossingen. Met het Destiny cloudinteractieplatform communiceren bedrijven vanaf elke plaats en met elk toestel effici\u00ebnter, aangezien telecom en IT in de achterliggende architectuur naadloos in elkaar overvloeien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motto Communications ontwikkelde met FLUX een zeer geavanceerd portaal voor clouddiensten, waarbij partners en resellers supersnel en eenvoudig de juiste oplossingen kunnen aanbieden aan eindklanten. Dit ge\u00efntegreerde clouddistributieplatform verfijnt nog meer de schaalbaarheid van het Destiny-aanbod en is een uitzonderlijke tool voor Destiny en zijn partners om voor klanten de gepaste cloudomgeving te cre\u00ebren en te beheren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destiny stak zijn internationale ambities nooit onder stoelen of banken. De recente overname van het Nederlandse Motto Communications draagt niet alleen bij aan deze Europese expansie, maar geeft Destiny ook toegang tot een zeer competent team van ingenieurs en ontwikkelaars, en versterkt bovendien het dienstenaanbod van beide partijen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe groeien niet \u00f3m te groeien\u201d, licht Daan De Wever, oprichter en CEO van Destiny, de overname toe. \u201cDeze overname versterkt ons clouddienstenaanbod en daar worden vooral onze klanten en partners beter van. Zowel Destiny als Motto Communications richt zich op innovatieve bedrijven, profileert zich als belangrijke uitdager in de markt en deelt een cultuur van sterk ondernemerschap.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het uitgebreide cloudcommunicatieplatform van Destiny vormt ook een mooie aanvulling op het bestaande dienstenportfolio van Motto Communications. Robbert Heemskerk, CCO van Motto Communications: \u201cDestiny biedt ons veel extra\u2019s, zeker op het vlak van cloudbeveiliging. Dat is voor ons een bijkomende troef op de Nederlandse markt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oprichter Kay Reijnen van Motto Communications bevestigt: \u201cBeide bedrijven hebben onafhankelijk van elkaar hun cloudstrategie op zo\u2019n manier vormgegeven, dat ze naadloos op elkaar aansluiten en samen verder kunnen gaan als de meest geavanceerde digitale marktplaats voor clouddiensten in de Benelux.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
