De sterke positie kan daarmee verder worden uitgebreid in Nederland en Belgi\u00eb en naar andere Europese landen, middels de uitrol van winkels alsmede versterking van de online activiteiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Epplejeck is sinds de oprichting in 2008 uitgegroeid tot de ruitersport-specialist van de Benelux met 16 superstores en een webwinkel met Europees bereik. De winkels meten zo\u2019n 1.000m2 en er werken ruim 300 medewerkers bij Epplejeck. De winkels bieden vrijwel alle benodigdheden en accessoires voor zowel paard als ruiter aan onder zowel eigen merken als externe labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jacqueline Freeke, samen met Adam Postema oprichter van Epplejeck: \u201cHet is de afgelopen jaren erg hard gegaan, mede dankzij de inzet van ons fantastische team. Onze ambitie is om alle ruiters in Europa fan te maken van onze merken. Samen met Mentha kunnen we het aantal winkels uitbreiden waar mensen echt worden ondergedompeld in alles wat met ruitersport te maken heeft. Daarnaast willen we onze online activiteiten uitbreiden om diezelfde beleving ook digitaal aan te kunnen bieden.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barend Rutten, partner bij Mentha: \u201cDe paardensport is financieel na voetbal de grootste sport in Nederland en Epplejeck neemt daarin een belangrijke positie.
