Onze moderne manier van leven en werken komt tegen een hoge prijs: een urgente klimaatcrisis, vernietiging van ecosystemen en biodiversiteit, en sociale ongelijkheid. We hebben maar \u00e9\u00e9n aarde en onze wereldwijde toekomst hangt ervan af. Daarom vinden we samen werken aan een duurzamere toekomst noodzakelijk.

\r\n\r\nBij Mentha en bij onze bedrijven geven we om een duurzame, veilige, gezonde en eerlijke wereld. Wij zijn van mening dat milieu- en sociale problemen alleen kunnen worden opgelost met bedrijven als onderdeel van de het antwoord, en we voelen een diepe verantwoordelijkheid om hieraan bij te dragen. We zijn er ook van overtuigd dat focus op duurzaamheid niet alleen risico’s verkleint, maar ook fundamenteel is voor waardecreatie en het future-proof maken van de bedrijven waarmee we werken. We streven naar een win-winsituatie: een sterke groei en een gezonde winstgevendheid realiseren en tegelijkertijd bijdragen aan een betere wereld.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\n

WAT EN HOE?<\/h5>\r\n

We zijn selectief in het werken met bedrijven, ondernemers en managementteams die onze visie delen over het belang van duurzaam ondernemen. We maken onze bedrijven future-proof door duurzaamheid te integreren in de ambities en groeiplannen. We beoordelen periodiek de duurzame impact van onze bedrijven, identificeren verbeterprojecten, stellen doelen en monitoren de prestaties en voortgang op jaarbasis. In de eerste plaats met het doel om positieve verandering te stimuleren en \u00e9chte impact te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\r\n

We streven naar verantwoorde keuzes in ons dagelijks werk en leven. Dat uit zich in onder andere in een strenge leveranciersselectie, energiebesparende maatregelen, slimme mobiliteit, CO2-compensatie, het scheiden van afvalstromen en continu investeren in een divers, gezond en gelukkig team.

\r\n\r\nDaarnaast ondersteunen we non-profit initiatieven waar ons team gepassioneerd over is. We besteden 7,5% van onze jaarlijkse winst, en onze tijd, kennis en netwerk, aan deze partners.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
