Mentha has entered into a strategic partnership with Van de Beeten, a leading player in infrastructural groundworks, transport, recycling of construction and demolition waste and material trading. With locations in Veghel, Oosterhout and Weert, Van de Beeten is a strong family-owned business with a clear position in the Dutch market. Through this partnership, we aim to support the next phase of sustainable growth and further professionalization of the company.

Van de Beeten was founded as a family business and has been led by Bas van de Beeten since 2009, who has further developed the company into a leading player with more than 250 employees and a modern, company-owned fleet and machinery. From this solid foundation, the company delivers large-scale groundwork projects, including general infrastructure and landscape and site development. In addition, Van de Beeten operates its own recycling facilities for the production of secondary sand and gravel streams, thereby making an important contribution to circular construction chains.

In recent years, Van de Beeten has experienced strong growth. As a result, the scale and complexity of the organization have also increased significantly. From Mentha’s perspective, we see ample opportunities to further strengthen the organization together with management and employees and to prepare the company for the next phase. Van de Beeten will continue to operate with its own identity, culture and entrepreneurial spirit. Founder Bas van de Beeten will remain actively involved in the company.
